About
Dr Chait's primary medical interests lie in the integration of complementary and allopathic (conventional) medicine. He holds a Diploma in Medical Acupuncture and is a member of The British Medical Acupuncture Society. He has also undergone training in Homeopathy at the Royal London Homoeopathic Hospital and holds qualifications in Occupational Medicine.
With over 30 years of experience as a Hospital Practitioner in Oncology at Barnet Hospital and a past role as a Trustee of the Watford Peace Hospice until 2011, Dr Chait has a special interest in cancer care.
Although retired from his GP role, Dr Chait actively works as a specialist in medical acupuncture. As a committed member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS), he stays up to date with the latest research in Western acupuncture applications, emphasising its potential in addressing various disorders, many of which are not commonly associated with acupuncture by both patients and healthcare professionals.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
