Dietetics
About
Hazel is particularly enthusiastic about guiding individuals towards adopting plant-based and vegan diets, and believes that increasing plant-based foods is essential for both health and the environment. She provides evidence-based and tailored nutritional advice to help individuals achieve their goals, while also making informed choices about their health and sustainable choices.
In addition to her work with plant-based diets, Hazel has a special interest in gastrointestinal health, specifically inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, stoma guidance, diverticular disease, and pancreatic enzyme insufficiency. With her experience as a clinical dietitian in the NHS, a research dietitian at King's College London, and her publications in three papers, Hazel has honed her skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care to her patients.
Hazel's passion for plant-based diets, sustainable nutrition, and gastrointestinal health, combined with her qualifications and experience, make her an excellent choice for individuals seeking evidence-based and personalised nutritional guidance.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
