About
Harrison has a particular passion for helping athletes return to their sport safely and effectively. His approach focuses not only on recovery but also on ensuring long-term success through injury prevention strategies and performance enhancement. He understands that the journey to recovery extends beyond the immediate injury and is committed to helping athletes perform at their best while minimising the risk of future injury.
In addition to rehabilitation, Harrison also addresses pain relief as the first step towards recovery. He utilises a range of treatment techniques, including deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, dry needling, taping, and shockwave therapy, to reduce pain and promote healing.
Above all, Harrison believes in the power of education to enable clients to take control of their health and performance. By providing clients with the knowledge and tools necessary for injury prevention and recovery, Harrison empowers them to improve their overall quality of life and maintain long-term physical health.
