To further specialise in her field, she pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People at the University of South Wales in 2014, and later, a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT for Children and Young People (IAPT Service) from the University of Exeter in 2019.
At Priory Bristol Park Clinic, Harriet utilises her extensive training and expertise to support clients of all ages through a variety of challenges. She is particularly skilled in CBT, a therapeutic approach that helps individuals identify and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. Harriet is also proficient in EMDR, a powerful therapy often used to treat trauma and PTSD. Her approach is holistic and client-centred, ensuring that each individual feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.
