About
Originally from Iraq, Dr Hatim gained his medical qualification from the University of Baghdad in 2000 and went on to complete training in general practice at St Richard's Hospital, Chichester. In 2012, he gained his Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP). Following this, he worked in hospitals gaining experience in paediatrics, pain management, vascular surgery, orthopaedic surgery, psychiatry, and general and emergency medicine. He also spent time working in general practices in Southbourne before relocating to London, where he became a locum GP in Cheam Village and a GP in the Crawley Urgent Care Centre at Crawley Hospital. He later became the main GP at the Wellington Urgent Care Centre in 2018 and gained expertise in treating premier league footballers and Hollywood stars.
Outside of medicine, Dr Hatim is the captain of a football team in Kingston with which he recently won two league championships. He also enjoys photography and spending time with his young family.
