In his daily practice, Mr. Sisodia performs arthroscopic (keyhole) reconstructive surgery for ligament, cartilage, and meniscal injuries of the knee. He specialises in treating patella instability and anterior knee pain. He also regularly conducts total knee and total hip replacements. Mr. Sisodia is an advocate of partial knee replacement surgery when appropriate, using implants with the best long-term results in the UK.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sisodia has been actively involved in research and clinical audit. He completed a Medical Engineering Master's degree with distinction, giving him a deep understanding of the materials and biomaterials used in orthopaedic surgery. He applies this knowledge when selecting and positioning implants. Mr. Sisodia is passionate about teaching and training, having held roles as a clinical tutor, anatomy demonstrator, and examiner for specialist registrars in the UK and Canada. He currently serves as an Honorary Senior Lecturer for medical students at the University of Manchester and as a Clinical Supervisor for junior doctors and trainee surgeons. Additionally, he has presented numerous research studies in journal publications and at national and international meetings.
