Dr Bukhari earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from King Abdulaziz University. He subsequently completed an International Residency Training Programme in Internal Medicine and an International Clinical Fellowship Programme in Respiratory Medicine with the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. Additionally, he holds the European Diploma in Adult Respiratory Medicine.
