Originally from Italy, Filippo moved to London at the age of 20 and has since gained qualifications in various fields, including osteopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, and personal training. His diverse training allows him to offer a holistic approach to patient care, focusing on the body’s adaptability and potential for recovery.

Filippo began his career in fitness and rehabilitation in Italy as a fitness instructor in 2011. After moving to London, he worked as a personal trainer at Pure Gym and Energy Fitness, where he gained valuable experience in physical training and rehabilitation. His passion for learning led him to pursue a Master's degree in osteopathy at the University College of Osteopathy, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of both structural osteopathy and the biopsychosocial model of care.

Filippo’s hands-on experience includes working in central London as an osteopath, treating a wide range of conditions from acute injuries to chronic pain. He is skilled in managing musculoskeletal issues such as low back pain, neck pain, shoulder injuries, knee and wrist problems. He has a rich sporting background, having participated in martial arts, water polo, free climbing, crossfit, and triathlons (especially Ironman events).
