Esther O’Neill is the founder of Present Moment and a fully accredited psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). She holds a First Class Honours Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a First Class Honours Master’s Degree in Mindfulness-Based Interventions from the School of Psychology at University College Dublin (UCD).
Esther integrates a wide range of therapeutic approaches in her work, including CBT, Humanistic, Integrative, Mindfulness, Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. She offers one-to-one sessions for adults, both in-person and online, and is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing space for healing and personal growth.
In addition to her psychotherapy work, Esther is a qualified Meditation Teacher and newly certified Yoga Teacher. She is also a member of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland (MTAI), and has completed additional training in Sound Healing and Cacao Facilitation through Cacao Source.
Through Present Moment, Esther brings together her diverse skills and experience to offer a holistic approach to wellness. Her practice is rooted in compassion, presence, and the belief that healing involves the whole being; mind, body, and spirit.
