Prof. Dr. Emma Levy
Physiotherapy
About
Emma’s clinical practice focuses on supporting individuals in returning to sport and physical activity following injury. She incorporates movement and exercise as central elements of rehabilitation programmes, applying these principles across both elite sport and the general population.
Alongside her clinical work, Emma is a motivational speaker and the host of the award-winning podcast When Life Gives You Lemons. Through her speaking engagements and podcast interviews, she explores themes of resilience and mindset, drawing on conversations with high-performing individuals who have experienced adversity.
Emma graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Birmingham and subsequently completed a Master’s degree in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Hertfordshire. She balances her professional roles with family life and regular running in North London.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
