Emma’s experience spans individual and multidisciplinary assessments, functional and falls risk evaluations, post-hospital reablement, and tailored treatment programmes for older adults, both in the community and long-term care settings. She has also delivered specialised group exercise therapy for adults with diverse physical and cognitive needs.
As manager, Emma oversees the professional development and supervision of physiotherapists, assistants, and students, as well as maintaining accreditation standards, facilitating training, and supporting service innovation. She is currently completing an MSc in Neurorehabilitation, further deepening her expertise and enhancing the provision of neurological rehabilitation services within Fit For Life.
