She is accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and trained in Systemic Therapy with a foundation level accreditation from the Association of Family Therapy (AFT).
Dr O’Gorman is an integrative therapist, meaning she is trained in several approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Systemic Therapy, and Compassion Focussed therapy (CFT).
