Specialising in addressing physical, emotional, and psychological pain, I focus on reframing core beliefs, values, habits, and emotions deeply embedded in the subconscious mind. I am dedicated to providing a non-judgmental safe space for individuals to talk and release. Drawing from my own experiences, I understand the challenges individuals may face when seeking support, and is committed to creating an environment free from these potential pitfalls, ensuring that clients feel heard, supported, and respected throughout their therapeutic journey.
High self esteem is of main importance as I understand that low self-esteem can stem from various factors, including an unhappy childhood, academic struggles, ongoing stressful life events, mistreatment by a partner, illness, and more and it underlies many issues that hold peope back.
Through this therapeutic approach, I have achieved remarkable results in addressing a wide range of issues, including weight loss, lazy eyes, eczema, sex addictions, eating disorders, anxiety, stress, teeth grinding, thoughts of suicide, sexual abuse, drinking, addiction to painkillers, OCD, depression, Insomnia and phobias.
