Dr Ehab Abu Marar is a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine at Waterstone Clinic.
He graduated in medicine from Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iași, Romania. After completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Jordan, he continued his specialist training and became a senior specialist at the International Medical Centre in partnership with the Cleveland Clinic in the United States. He later pursued advanced training in fertility, IVF, and endoscopic surgery at recognised IVF centres in Germany and Belgium.
Following completion of his specialist training, Dr Abu Marar began lecturing at the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) School of Medicine in Lübeck, Germany. During this time, he was involved in academic research, contributing to scientific projects, publishing journal articles and book chapters, and presenting at international congresses and workshops. He later continued his academic work at Al-Yarmouk University in Jordan as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Medicine, teaching Obstetrics and Gynaecology and IVF treatment and techniques. He remains actively involved in medical research.
Dr Abu Marar’s clinical interests include polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, and hysteroscopy.
