About Dr Richard Barlow
Dr Richard John Barlow is a leading Consultant Dermatologist with HCA Healthcare at Chelsea Outpatient Centre, The Lister Hospital and Sydney Street Outpatients and Diagnostic Centre. He offers in-depth consultations and assessments to his clients for a variety of conditions. Additionally, he holds a Consultant Post and is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at St John's Institute of Dermatology at Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospital in London. He qualified with a Medical Degree at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg in 1983 and completed postgraduate general medical training at Hammersmith Hospital and the Royal Postgraduate Medical School in London. He was awarded a Masters Degree from the University of London after completing a research fellowship with Professor Malcolm Greaves at the St John's. Following this, he spent a yeat in Oregan USA as a Fellow in Advanced Dermatology. Since being appointed as Consultant he has been president of the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group and is a co-director of its annual training course in London.
