Following this, he undertook subspecialist training in stress echocardiography and cardiac catheterisation at St George Hospital in Sydney and received Cardiac CT training at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, USA.

He is the Clinical Chair and head of Medical Accreditation Committee in Syon Clinic, and Lead Cardiologist in OneHeart Clinic City of London.

Dr Patazopoulous has published his work on echocardiographic indices of valve disease and myocardial function.
