Luca has had vast experience in working with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, personality disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Body dysmorphic disorder ( BDD ) and relationship difficulties based on attachment difficulties.
He offers short and long-term therapies drawing his therapeutic approach from a wide range of specialisations and not limited to Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema therapy, Mentalisation Based Treatment, compassion focused therapy and mindfulness.
He obtained his Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Vita-Salute Raffaele University, and undertook further training in Mentalisation Based Treatment at the Anna Freud Centre. He has previously worked in the Eating Disorder unit at Maudsley Hospital.
He has a passion for CBT Psychotherapy in particularly and is currently teaching CBT for trauma and depression at postgraduate level at the CBT Psychotherapy school of Basilicata in Italy.
