About Dr John Ferguson
Dr John Ferguson, Consultant Dermatologist, currently works within the Guy's and St Thomas's NHS Foundation Trust. He also sees patients privately at several London-based clinics including OneWelbeck and HCA the Shard. He is capable of treating and diagnosing a huge range of dermatological issues and skin cancers. Dr Ferguson began his medical education at the University of Bristol, where he qualified as a doctor. He then went on to do specialist dermatology training at St George's Hospital in London. He developed his skills further by undertaking training abroad at The Skin and Cancer Foundation in Melbourne. In his current role, he leads the general clinic for dermatology as well as the clinics for vitiligo, photo dermatology, and phototherapy. Dr Ferguson is an active researcher, with numerous publications focusing on Skin Cancer and Photodermatology. His work has resulted in regular invites to speak at conferences around the world on all matters of dermatology.
