Dr McEntegart is a highly esteemed consultant rheumatologist with a wealth of experience in treating a wide range of rheumatological conditions. Their educational journey began at Glasgow University, where they obtained both an Intercalated BSc in Immunology and MBChB in 1990. Following this, they undertook general medical training at the Southern General Hospital in Glasgow.
In 1994, Dr McEntegart embarked on specialist training in rheumatology in the West of Scotland, successfully completing their consultant training in 2002. They subsequently secured a consultant position in 2003, taking on clinical responsibilities at Glasgow Royal Infirmary and Stobhill Hospitals.
Dr McEntegart is dedicated to providing compassionate and patient-centred care, utilising their extensive knowledge and expertise to deliver individualised treatment plans.
