About

Mr Darragh Nash is a highly trained physiotherapist with a strong background in sports rehabilitation and musculoskeletal care. He graduated with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation from the Institute of Technology Carlow in 2019 and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine at Trinity College Dublin, followed by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at London South Bank University.

After completing his undergraduate studies, Darragh spent time in the United States working with a university-level baseball team, where he developed a particular interest in the rehabilitation of upper limb injuries. In 2020, he relocated to London and began working with a Gaelic football team in East London, providing assessment and treatment for a wide range of injuries as well as match-day physiotherapy and first aid support.

Darragh joined the NHS in 2022, gaining broad experience across multiple departments before specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. During his NHS work, he worked closely with orthopaedic surgeons, delivering pre- and post-operative physiotherapy for patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures. He also contributed to a multidisciplinary physiotherapy team delivering weekly mobility and strength classes for members of the Camden branch of the National Axial Spondyloarthritis Society.

Alongside his continued involvement in Gaelic football, Darragh currently works in a busy and well-regarded private clinic in Essex. His education and clinical experience enable him to treat a wide range of both sporting and non-sporting injuries. He is passionate about taking a holistic approach to care, developing tailored rehabilitation programmes that meet the individual needs and goals of each patient. He is also committed to ongoing professional development, regularly engaging in CPD and keeping up to date with the latest research in physiotherapy and sports medicine.

“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
