About Mr Craig Spinks
Mr. Craig Spinks is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a first-class honours degree in Sports Science from the University of Abertay and a Master’s in Physiotherapy with merit from Queen Margaret University. His career began as an SCQF Level 7 Personal Trainer, where he developed a deep understanding of exercise science and injury prevention, tailoring rehabilitation to meet the unique needs of his clients. Over the years, Craig has worked in both NHS and private practice settings across Glasgow, Edinburgh, and East Lothian, specialising in musculoskeletal care. In 2023, Craig became an accredited McKenzie Method practitioner, further enhancing his expertise in treating lower back pain. As an avid golfer with a strong background in sports science, biomechanics, and strength and conditioning, Craig offers valuable insight into sports-related injuries and performance-based rehabilitation. Committed to continuous professional development, Craig employs a patient-centered approach to help individuals restore movement and achieve optimal health. His focus remains on delivering tailored care and helping clients return to their desired activities and functions.
