Nach ihrer erfolgreichen Prüfung beim Gesundheitsamt 2013 eröffnete sie ihre Praxis zunächst mit Hausbesuchen.

2015 wechselte sie zu einem physischen Standort in der Moltkestraße in Eschweiler und war parallel mehrere Jahre als Dozentin an einer Kölner Heilpraktikerschule tätig.

Nach der verheerenden Flut im Juli 2021, der auch die Räume in der Moltkestrasse zum Opfer fielen hat Frau Heer ihre Praxis zum Mühlener Markt in Stolberg verlegt, wo sie ihre Patienten weiterhin mit unerschütterlicher Hingabe betreut.

Frau Heer ist der kontinuierlichen beruflichen Weiterentwicklung verpflichtet und beteiligt sich regelmäßig an Weiterbildungen und Schulungen. Sie strebt danach, ihr Wissen zu erweitern und neue therapeutische Ansätze zu entwickeln, die ihren Patienten zugutekommen und ihre intellektuelle Neugier befriedigen.

In ihrer Praxis ist es das Hauptziel von Frau Heer, die Harmonie von Körper, Geist und Seele zu fördern und sich auf Ursachensuche zu begeben. Sie orientiert sich hierbei an den Säulen der Funktionellen Medizin. Sie glaubt an die Stärkung der körpereigenen Heilfähigkeiten, eine Philosophie, die ihre Praxis untermauert. Ihre diagnostischen Verfahren sind umfassend und vielfältig und umfassen neben Anamnese und körperlichen Untersuchungen auch Laboruntersuchungen in Form von  Stuhl- und Urindiagnostik, Hormondiagnostik und Bluttests. Bei Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten verwendet sie einen IgG-Test (Food-Sensor) und sie ist versiert in Schilddrüsenultraschalluntersuchungen.

Jede Therapie, die Frau Heer anbietet, wird individuell auf den einzelnen Patienten abgestimmt. Ihre therapeutischen Werkzeuge sind vielfältig und weitreichend und reichen von Ohrakupunktur, IHHT (Intervall-Hypoxie-Hyperoxie-Training) mit Cellgym bis hin zu Ausleitungstherapien, Darmsymbioselenkung und bioidentischer Hormontherapie.
