Catriona holds a BSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling from PCI College, Dublin (2011) and Middlesex University (2013), alongside a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling (2006). She integrates a wide range of therapeutic approaches including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT, Creative and Integrative therapies, offering a tailored and compassionate approach to each individual.
She specialises in supporting those experiencing anxiety, PTSD, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, and trauma. Her approach is holistic, creating a confidential, non-judgemental space where clients feel safe to explore difficult emotions and find pathways to change.
