His expertise extends to managing complex menopause issues, including early menopause, premature ovarian insufficiency, and menopause after cancer, as a certified British Menopause Society (BMS) Specialist.

Professor Wattar has a keen focus on conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), heavy periods, and fibroids, alongside performing advanced laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgeries for endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and uterine abnormalities. He runs one-stop fertility assessment clinics offering state-of-the-art diagnostic tools, including 3D scans and HYCOSY tubal tests, and provides holistic care from conception to pregnancy.
