He also performs epilepsy and spasticity procedures, including temporal lobectomy, lesionectomy, vagal nerve stimulator implantation, and intrathecal delivery pump insertion. For adults, his practice includes surgery for trauma, intracerebral haemorrhage, decompression for malignant MCA territory infarction, CSF disorders, brain tumours, and procedures for spasticity and epilepsy. Dr Homapour also has expertise in using neuronavigation, neuroendoscopy, and intraoperative monitoring for brain mapping and spinal surgery.
