Dr Ashraf Abusamra is a Consultant Urologist and Uro-oncologist dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of urological conditions. He focuses on delivering precise surgical and non-surgical treatments, ensuring patients receive care tailored to their individual needs with a reassuring and professional approach.
His clinical practice encompasses the diagnosis and management of various urological diseases. Dr Abusamra has a particular focus on uro-oncology, which involves cancers of the urinary system, including prostate, bladder, and kidney cancer. He is also proficient in treating conditions such as kidney and bladder stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and female urinary incontinence. He utilises advanced minimally invasive techniques, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and robotic surgery, to enhance patient recovery.
Dr Abusamra holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. He has completed extensive postgraduate training, including a Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC). To further his specialisation, he undertook a Fellowship in Uro-oncology at Western University in Canada, as well as a fellowship at Mansoura University in Egypt.
