She worked as a family physician in Sydney’s Northern Suburbs and was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 1998. While she found general practice deeply rewarding, her passion for women’s health and shared antenatal care inspired her to return to specialist training through the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG).

In 2003, Dr Khan was awarded a travelling scholarship that enabled her to undertake advanced training in minimally invasive gynaecological surgery at internationally renowned centres in France and Italy. She subsequently spent a year working in the United Kingdom, further broadening her clinical experience. During this time, she also presented her research at international conferences, including the International Society for Gynaecologic Endoscopy.

With almost 25 years of experience in women’s healthcare and fertility management, Dr Khan is known for her personalised, compassionate approach. As a dedicated wife and mother of two, she brings both professional expertise and personal insight to her work.
