She then became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, England and completed her specialist surgical training at the same time as achieving a postgraduate research degree at the University of Manchester.
Mrs Jaiswal has since spent a year on the prestigious Fellowship in Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery at Guys and St Thomas's Hospital in London. Following on from this, she completed the American Rhinology Society Fellowship at the University of Alberta, developing her skills in endoscopic sinus surgery and anterior skull base surgery.
Mrs Jaiswal has published many research papers, and has also presented at national and international conferences. With a passion for teaching, she carries out undergraduate and postgraduate teaching at the University of Manchester and Health Education Northwest. She also offers pastoral care for the ENT trainee doctors at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, where she is the clinical head of junior doctors.
