Additionally, he holds the esteemed position of adjunct assistant professor at the Graduate Entry Medical School, University of Limerick. Throughout his career, Dr. Tomac has been actively involved in scientific research, consistently publishing his findings and presenting at professional conferences on both national and international platforms.
Dr. Tomac completed his PhD in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, with a specific focus on adolescent self-harm behaviours. Since 2016, he has been serving as a consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (Community CAMHS) and as a General Psychiatrist in the Republic of Ireland.
As a member of esteemed organisations such as the Medical Council of Ireland, the College of Psychiatrists of Ireland, and the General Medical Council, Dr. Tomac is committed to upholding the highest standards of psychiatric care.
