About Mrs Anna Kuligowska
Ms Anna Kuligowska is a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), having graduated from the London School of Osteopathy in 2024. Before training as an osteopath, Anna worked as a personal trainer in the UK, Poland, and Italy. Her desire to better understand injuries and help people recover in a natural, holistic way inspired her transition into osteopathy. She now enjoys supporting patients in achieving their goals—whether that means managing pain, improving mobility, or learning more about injury prevention to enhance their quality of life. In her practice, Anna primarily applies a structural osteopathic approach, while also integrating functional and cranial techniques where beneficial. She frequently incorporates lifestyle advice, tailored exercise routines, kinesio taping, and sports massage techniques to relieve pain and promote recovery. Anna has gained experience treating patients of all ages with both acute and chronic pain and is continuing to develop her expertise in cranial osteopathy through further training. Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys resistance training, Pilates, yoga, walking in nature, and reading.
"Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions."
