Miss Anita Jatan is a Consultant Plastic, Reconstructive and Hand Surgeon based in London with over 15 years of experience in her field.
Miss Jatan completed her Bachelor of Medical Science degree, followed by her medical degree at the University of Tasmania, Australia in 2000. She later moved to Sydney, Australia and underwent her specialist training in General Surgery followed by her training in Plastic Surgery with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons where she worked at several leading teaching hospitals including: Prince of Wales Hospital, Sydney Children's Hospital, Royal North Shore Hospital, St Vincent's Hospital, Sydney Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. During this time, she spent a year in the UK and completed her Master's degree in Health Informatics from City, University of London. She also completed a 6 month rotation in aesthetic surgery, training in centres across both Sydney and Melbourne.
After relocating to London, she completed further subspecialty training in craniofacial surgery and was awarded her Hand Diploma by the European Board of Hand Surgeons. In 2018 she became a registered specialist in Plastic Surgery by the General Medicine Council (UK).
In her current clinical practice, Miss Jatan performs a range of surgical procedures in the following areas: general surgery, hand surgery, skin cancer surgery, paediatric plastic and hand surgery, hyperhidrosis treatment, aesthetic injectables and body contouring. She also her expertise in non-surgical facial aesthetic procedures including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters and jawline slimming.
