About
With extensive experience in addressing issues such as bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, anger, demotivation, identity concerns, relationship difficulties, physical symptoms, PTSD, and trauma, she tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Her work is underpinned by a holistic perspective that acknowledges the vital connection between the mind and body, addressing historical survival patterns to encourage deep, lasting healing.
Ms. Royle integrates a variety of therapeutic models into her practice, with core approaches including psychodynamic, person-centred, and existential therapies. She also incorporates psycho-biological methods such as Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Neuroscience, Attachment EMDR, and Mindfulness-based therapies. Holding an MA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and a degree in Sociology, she combines academic rigour with a creative background—having worked as an actor for thirty years—which enriches her empathetic and imaginative approach to therapy.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
