The clinic focuses on office-based gynaecology, offering women the convenience of consultation, examination, and minor procedures within a single visit. This includes services such as IUCD insertions and removals, vulval lesion excisions, colposcopy and biopsy, Bartholin’s cyst drainage, and hysteroscopy. A dedicated Menstrual Clinic supports women with abnormal uterine bleeding through in-office hysteroscopy—a well-tolerated alternative to hospital-based procedures for most patients.

In addition to clinical care, Samsara Gynaecology plays an active role in medical education. Dr Kalian is a Senior Clinical Lecturer at Monash University and Clinical Lead for education at Box Hill Hospital. The practice supports accredited training to advance professional development in women’s health.
