Edinburgh Psychiatry is a private psychiatric practice based in Edinburgh’s New Town, providing specialist mental health and neurodevelopmental care for children, adolescents, and adults. The clinic has over 20 years of experience in psychiatric care and has been operating as an independent practice since 2013.
The team at Edinburgh Psychiatry offers a compassionate and evidence-based approach to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health and neurodiverse conditions. Areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, eating disorders, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Edinburgh Psychiatry was the first clinic in Scotland to offer the QbTest, a diagnostic and treatment management tool for ADHD. The clinic also provides educational assessments and post-diagnostic support for individuals and families. All treatment plans are tailored to each client's goals, needs, and circumstances.
Clients can access care through both face-to-face and online appointments. Referrals are accepted from GPs or through self-referral. The clinic operates with a strong commitment to confidentiality, timely support, and holistic care.
