Ana Wimmer absolvierte die 3-jährige Vollzeitausbildung zur Heilpraktikerin an der renommierten Heilpraktikerschule in München, im Zentrum für Naturheilkunde und erhielt 2012 die Erlaubnis zur Ausübung der Heilkunde beim Gesundheitsamt München. Zudem ist sie seit 1994 staatlich geprüfte Sportlehrerin sowie Ashtanga Yoga Lehrerin seit 2003.
