Gareth himself has worked with elite athletes and attended 4 sets of olympic games with these athletes as well as having been a lead physio at the English Institute of Sport. The expertise provided at A2Z Elite Health is second to none.
The team also offer a surgical rehabilitation programme, using multidisciplinary team approach, combined with a tailored recovery programme, will ensure your successful recovery from surgery.
In addition to injury rehabilitation, the team offer an ‘improve your performance’ programme aimed to help those looking to improve sports performance.
