Mrs Rachel Howard
About
Rachel’s approach centres on supporting the body’s innate capacity to heal. She works holistically, combining a variety of osteopathic techniques; structural, visceral, craniosacral, medical acupuncture, and shockwave therapy, to tailor treatments to each individual's needs. Her clinical interests range from treating acute injuries and pregnancy-related changes to managing headaches and long-term chronic pain. She has a particular passion for exploring the impact of chronic stress on the body and how it can disrupt the healing process.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Rachel has undertaken further training in visceral techniques and entrapment neuropathies, deepening her understanding of the interconnected systems within the body.
Outside of her clinical work, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her young son. She is deeply connected to nature and keeps active through swimming, running, and cycling. Her calm, empathetic presence and evidence-informed approach make her a trusted practitioner for people seeking both relief and long-term wellbeing.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
— Mrs Rachel Howard
