About
Dr. MacCallum qualified in medicine from the University of Sheffield and trained in haematology in Manchester and London. His work includes studies on travel-related thrombosis, thrombotic markers in pregnancy-related issues, and fibrinolytic activation in trauma patients. Additionally, Dr. MacCallum has contributed as a reviewer for NICE clinical guidelines and has served as a specialist member of both the NICE Diagnostic Advisory Committee and the NICE Technology Appraisal Committee.
