Dr. Farahat graduated from Tanta University and went on to complete a Master’s Degree in Orthopaedic Surgery at Ain Shams University in 2006, followed by the Egyptian Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 2008. followed by the Arab Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 2016. 
His areas of expertise include hand and upper limb surgery, as well as the internal and external fixation of upper and lower limb fractures. He is skilled in the use of the Ilizarov external fixator for managing complex fractures, deformity correction, osteomyelitis treatment, and bone lengthening. In addition, Dr. Farahat performs knee arthroscopy, including meniscus repair, ACL, PCL, LCL, and MCL reconstruction as well as cartilage transplantation. He also has experience in ankle and wrist arthroscopy and the comprehensive management of bone diseases.
Dr. Farahat’s practice focuses on delivering precise, evidence-based orthopaedic treatment to restore function and mobility.
