About Mr Mohamed Abd Alazeez
Mohamed Abd Alazeez is a highly qualified Consultant Urologist, currently practising at MSE university hospitals, London Bridge, Princess Grace and Spire Wellesley Hospitals. He has expertise in prostate and bladder cancer diagnostics and treatments, benign prostate conditions and general urology. His subspeciality is in Robotic Uro-oncology, and has performed more than 600 successful robotic prostatectomy and cystecomy procedures. Mr Abd Alazeez completed his undergraduate degree at Cairo University, and subsequently completed a Master's degree in Urology at the same institution. He then came to the UK through a scholarship program and completed an MD(Res) at University College London (UCL). His thesis was over the role of multiparametric MRI in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. He has since completed extensive training in Urology at some of the biggest Urology centres in the UK, including Bristol and Cambridge university hospitals. He completed his RCS Fellowship training in robotic prostatectomy in Addenbrooke's hospital. He also shares his expertise and supervises junior doctors in the area of robotic surgery. With exceptional patient care as his top priority, Mr Abd Alazeez is passionate about continuing to expand his knowledge in Urology. This is through attending conferences and webinars both nationally and internationally, and as a result, he is up-to-date with the latest advancements in diagnostic and treatment techniques for urological conditions, especially urological cancer..
