About Dr Susannah Bloch
Dr Susannah Bloch, Consultant Respiratory And General Medical Physician, currently works within the Imperial College Hospital NHS Trust, she also sees patients privately. She is a lung cancer specialist and led the lung cancer service at Imperial for many years, before becoming the Deputy Medical Director for RM Partners Cancer alliance. She is highly experienced in all matters of lung issues including seeing patients who are suffering from the long term effects of COVID-19. During the pandemic, she has gained a wealth of experience dealing with COVID-19 patients and can approach the care of this condition holistically with an aim to full recovery. Dr Bloch did her medical training at St Mary's Hospital, before going on to do a research degree at the Royal Brompton Hospital, resulting in her being awarded a PhD for her work. In her current role, she is responsible for all referrals to Imperial for lung cancer, as well as helping to run the respiratory high dependency units.
