I’m a dual-qualified osteopath and health psychologist based at Pure Sports Medicine in Moorgate, London.
I work with people living with persistent pain, injuries that won’t go away, and the stress and uncertainty that often come with long-term discomfort. Many people I see have already tried different treatments and feel stuck, unheard, or unsure what to do next.
Before training in healthcare, I spent over a decade working in finance. That experience helps me understand the pressures of performance, high workload, and the way pain can change how you see yourself—especially when it starts to affect your confidence, work, and daily life.
My approach is different because it brings the physical and psychological aspects of pain together. I combine osteopathy with evidence-based psychological strategies to help people make sense of their pain, feel more confident in how they move, and regain a sense of control.
We work together to understand what’s keeping you stuck—whether it’s physical tension, fear of flare-ups, or the exhaustion of not feeling believed. From there, we create a way forward that’s practical, sustainable, and fits around your everyday routines, responsibilities, and what matters most to you—whether that’s being present with your family, returning to meaningful activity, or simply moving with less fear.
