About
Mr Scott completed his medical degree (MBChB) at the University of Glasgow, following an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh. He gained his Fellowship in Trauma and Orthopaedics (FRCS Tr & Ortho) in 2014. His surgical training was based in Scotland and the South West of England, with advanced sub-specialty fellowships in hip and knee surgery at University Hospital Cardiff.
He has a particular interest in enhanced recovery programmes and day-case joint replacement, aiming to improve patient outcomes and reduce recovery times. He is also experienced in managing complex orthopaedic infections.
Combining strong academic training with hands-on expertise, Mr Scott is known for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care. He remains committed to advancing orthopaedic practice through innovation and evidence-based techniques, helping patients return to active, pain-free lives.
