Dr Ahmed Alsaddique is a highly regarded Professor and Consultant Cardiac Surgeon dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients with complex heart conditions. Dr Alsaddique obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery before completing extensive postgraduate training in North America. This included a General Surgery Residency in the United States, followed by a specialised residency in Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery in Canada. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr Alsaddique is also a founding member of the Saudi Heart Association.
With a focus on adult cardiac surgery, Dr Alsaddique has a profound clinical interest in managing a wide spectrum of heart diseases. His areas of expertise include coronary artery bypass surgery, mitral valve procedures, and the surgical management of diastolic heart failure. As a Professor, he is also actively involved in research and the education of the next generation of cardiac surgeons, contributing significantly to the advancement of the field.
