Oakridge Nursing Home provides round-the-clock nursing care in a safe and warm environment, based on the individual needs of the residents. Consisting of 4 units for dementia residents and elderly residents, Oakridge is supported by a highly trained team of staff who work in accordance with the core standards of care and individualised treatment plans, to ensure the residents receive the care that best suits their needs and also allow the residents to live the best life possible.

Oakridge serves up to 68 residents in well decorated and furnished single and double bedrooms across, in addition to a communal library and a fully equipped kitchen area serviced by kitchen assistants, with varied menus and special dietary needs are taken into consideration. Oakridge understands the importance of keeping the residents physically and mentally engaged, and regularly organises trips and activities for the residents, and also encourages residents to take up or continue hobbies. Residents who cherish community engagement can also find purpose at Oakridge, with connections to church groups, schools, and youth clubs The care home also provides cleaning, secretarial, and maintenance staff to ensure the resident's personal needs are taken care of. Visits from healthcare professionals and clergy can also be arranged for residents.
