Zoe Dixon is an experienced and compassionate psychotherapist with over 10 years of practice in the field of counselling and psychotherapy. Zoe also has a particular interest in working with neurodiverse individuals (ADHD, ASD), as well as those navigating challenges related to sexuality, IVF, and postnatal depression.
Zoe has further training in Therapeutic Play, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic practices. Her core values of warmth, empathy, and respect are central to every therapeutic relationship she builds.
