About
Dr. Razak leads Interprofessional Education for West London, heading the RIPEN research and training hub. Her focus is on improving the care of long-term conditions through collaborative working with local specialists and delivering educational events to upskill clinicians and provide high-quality care. Her current programme centres on the diagnosis and management of hypertension, working with a wider team to empower patients and improve longevity.
Between July 2018 and August 2022, Dr. Razak served as Associate Director and then Clinical Director of Neohealth Primary Care Network (PCN), where she supported the health of the local population and helped secure national awards for COPD support through Imperial and community outreach during COVID-19. She maintains close ties with the College, having completed a term on the Imperial College Court and continuing as a member of the Imperial College Trust Board, and she has been invited to join the King’s Fund Policy Council.
