Dr. Yasmeen Shereef is a highly experienced and accomplished senior specialist radiologist with more than 28 years of experience in the field of radiology and imaging. She has a special interest in female imaging and foetal anomalies, and her expertise in diagnosing a wide range of multidisciplinary pathologies in critical situations is unparalleled.
Dr. Shereef is well-versed in using various imaging techniques, including radiography, ultrasound, mammography, CT scan, and MRI, to diagnose and assess pathologies in patients referred from various medical specialties. She firmly believes in a multidisciplinary approach to provide the best possible care to her patients and collaborates closely with her colleagues.
Dr. Shereef completed her MBBS and DMRD (Radiology & Imaging) from Kasturba Medical College. She also obtained a Fellowship in Women Imaging from the Royal College of Radiologists in the UK (FRCR). She has played a crucial role in the final diagnosis of women's imaging and foetal imaging at MOH Al Qassimi Hospital, a tertiary centre.
Dr. Shereef has received several honours and recognitions for her contributions to the field. She was honoured as a moderator for the 6th UAE Radiology & Diagnostic Imaging Conference and was selected as one of the Top 100 Women Achievers of the MENA region in the "Super 100" publication. She has also been a panel speaker for women's empowerment at the International Women's Empowerment 2018 and the 2017 Kerala Women's Excellence Award UAE. In addition, she has received the International Biz Awards 2012 and UAE Healthcare Awards for innovative and best diagnostic centre.
