Dr Yaser Al Abbas is a dedicated Consultant Nephrologist who provides comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of kidney conditions. Dr Al Abbas has a particular focus on managing patients with advanced kidney disease, offering expertise in various forms of renal replacement therapy. He is also skilled in managing acute kidney injury and glomerulonephritis, as well as performing procedures such as kidney biopsies.
He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from King Saud University in 1994. Dr Al Abbas later obtained the Arab Board in Internal Medicine and the Jordanian Board in Internal Medicine in 2001. He completed the Saudi Board in Nephrology in 2006 and further specialised by undertaking a Renal Transplant Fellowship at the University of Toronto, Canada, in 2011.
