Mr William Taylor

About
Mr Taylor’s subspecialist practice is in urinary stone disease. He is a high-volume stone surgeon and regularly performs ureteroscopy for renal and ureteric calculi, percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) and extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL). His general urology practice includes prostate and bladder cancer diagnostics, PSA assessment, investigation of haematuria, management of benign prostatic hyperplasia and lower urinary tract symptoms, erectile dysfunction, recurrent urinary tract infections, foreskin conditions, and testicular and scrotal pathology.
He has a strong interest in medical education and completed a postgraduate diploma in medical education at the University of Birmingham in 2018. He previously served as postgraduate education lead at New Cross Hospital and is currently Clinical Lead for Urology across Wolverhampton and Walsall, contributing to service integration and pathway development within the Black Country Integrated Care System.
